A crazy scientist creates an
evil machine and gives life
to the first electronic man
of the history, a modern
Frankenstein! But soon the
creature, not really
well-done, rebels against
his "father". His "partner
in crime" is a computer
which looks like HAL of
“'Odyssey in the space”,
with a polemic personality.
These three subjects come to
an agreement: The artificial
creature will become the
first virtual artist of the
history embodying comedian,
singer and magician! The
scientist decides instead to
create six "cyber-dancers"
in a "magic" way...
Elite performs as complete
“showman” (the original
American idea of
"entertainer"), mixing magic,
comedy (with presence on
stage of audience) and songs... This
original approach to
entertainment, which
synchronizes videos and
computer-graphic, took
inspiration by international
theatre company “Lanterna
Magika” of Prague, and by
artists such as David
Copperfield or Marco Tempest.
Elite, performing this show,
has become the first Italian
virtual magician!

This show took inspiration
by important magic shows of
the past (Thurstone, Kellar,
Houdini...) but it has been
written for modern times.
Magic, comedy, dance and
music are used in this
unusual story in which Dante
Alighieri, an important
Italian medieval poet,
appears at modern time and
asks to Elite to explain him
the modern world. Dante is
also very skeptic, and he's
not very happy about
magician's tricks. In this
play, Elite speaks about old
dramas, MGM musical movies
of 50's, the gates of
politicians, and he always
uses magic to better explain
the stories, this approach
is very peculiar and unusual!
Elite is a real
magician-actor who plays
dramatic rules but at the
same time he always sing and
dance. Magical effects
appeared to be really
exciting used in this way.
